شاركنا بفخر في النسخة الثانية من مؤتمر The Investor العقاري وكان لنا تمثيل قوي من خالل الأستاذ/ خالد شتا رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والمهندس/ شريف مصطفى الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة اللي شاركوا في نقاشات مهمة مع كبار المطورين العقاريين. المؤتمر كان منصة حقيقية لتبادل الخبرات والرؤى عن مستقبل السوق، وبيأكد إن IGI دايماً في قلب الحوار والتطوير في مجال العقارات في مصر.

قال المهندس شريف مصطفى، العضو المنتدب لـ «آى جى آى»، إن صناديق الاستثمار العقارية تعتبر فرصة فريدة أمام المستثمرين لتنويع محافظ الاستثمارية والاستثمار في مجموعة من الأصول العقارية في الوقت ذاته.

وأوضح، خلال إدارته للجلسة الثانية من مؤتمر «المستثمر العقاري»، الذي ينعقد تحت شعار «المؤسسات المالية غير المصرفية. روافد تمويلية للتنمية العمرانية»، أن الصناديق العقارية تمثل فرصة لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية إلى مصر ما يخدم خطط التنمية العمرانية التي تستهدفها الدولة وجذب شريحة من المستثمرين بقطاع العقارات، كما تخدم المطورين أيضًا فيما يتعلق بتوفير سيولة فورية لهم خاصة مع زيادة الوحدات التجارية والإدارية بالسوق في الفترة الأخيرة.
